Currently serving as the Director of Golf at Northwood Club since April 2021, Phillip's prior roles include Head Golf Professional at Wichita Country Club from January 2015 to March 2021, First Assistant Golf Professional at Preston Trail Golf Club from September 2010 to December 2014, and Assistant Golf Professional at Southern Hills Country Club from May 2005 to September 2010. Phillip holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Arizona State University, achieved between 2001 and 2005.

Northwood Club is a prestigious country club established in 1946, we are best known for hosting the 1952 Golf U.S. Open. Our beautifully renovated PGA Championship Golf Course was named #1 Best Golf Course Renovation in Avid Golfer Magazine for 2019. Avid Golfer in 2021 gave the Club a ranking of #1 Elite Country Club in the DFW area and best pool hangout. Among other awards the club also has a Distinguished Clubs of the World Emerald Designation for outstanding member service.
