Richard Jones

As Director of Technology, Richard is responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions within the firm. Richard has twenty-six years of professional experience, sixteen of those years in the arena of IT leadership.

Prior to joining Northwood, Richard served as the Vice President of IT Operations for Blueberry Systems in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As the Director of IT Infrastructure, Richard supported First Magnus Financial Corp (previously the nation’s largest privately held mortgage bank) as they grew from 100 to 6,000 employees over his eight years with the company. He also was the Chief Information Officer for five years for Pinal County, Arizona – during which he ran all of the county’s IT services and the entire scope of public-facing services.

Richard graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Health Sciences.
