Richard Strachan

Richard Strachan is a Vice President at Northwood Investors and is responsible for asset management of the Fund’s European investments. He has been responsible for evaluating equity and debt investment opportunities for the Fund.

Prior to joining Northwood Investors, Mr. Strachan worked at U.S. law firm, Sidley Austin, on complex restructuring, insolvency and M&A transactions.

Mr. Strachan received a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate law degree from the University of Johannesburg.
