The NorthWoods Stewardship Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has been providing quality scientific, educational and conservation service programs in northern Vermont and New Hampshire since 1989.  

The mission of NorthWoods – connecting people and place through science, education, and action – is achieved through the integration of three program areas: education, forest stewardship, and conservation corps.  Through the synergy of these programs, NorthWoods creates responsible and informed citizens capable of sustaining vibrant communities and a healthier natural environment.
