William Lee

William Lee has over 17 years of experience in the finance industry. William began their career in 2004 as a Finance Manager at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. In 2006, they moved to Amgen as a Finance Manager. In 2007, they founded TARCINE BIOMED, INC. and served as Founder/CFO, managing daily operations and all activities in corporate finance, HR, legal, IT, and customer support. In 2013, they joined Columbia Pacific Management, Inc. as Director of Finance and Operations. In 2016, they moved to Moses Lake Industries as CFO/Director of Finance. In 2018, they joined Cepton as Sr. Director of Finance, where they reported to the CEO and managed the overall corporate finance - accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, internal control, treasury management. William also managed Series B funding from start to finish and raised $35MM in equity, and $5MM in bank loan. William set up two subsidiaries in Germany and UK, selected foreign business partners and resellers, and led complex annual operating plan and quarterly re-forecasting. In 2021, they joined Nortis as Director of Finance.

William Lee attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).
