Andrea Ghooray Mssw

Andrea Ghooray MSSW has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, primarily within patient and member services. Currently, Andrea serves as the Director of Patient Experience, Volunteer, and Guest Services at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital, where responsibilities include enhancing patient engagement and guiding teams in alignment with the hospital's mission and service excellence. Previous roles include Administrator at Kumar Eye Institute and Executive Director/CEO at Gathering Club Adult Day Health Care Center, managing operations and staff across diverse health services. Andrea also has a background in social work, having worked as Nephrology Social Work Lead at American Kidney Center of Louisville and as a Clinical Therapist at Maryhurst, focusing on psychosocial interventions and patient management. Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Louisville.
