John Lynch

John Lynch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee experience, training, and engagement. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Employee Experience at Norton Healthcare since April 2022, John plays a pivotal role in welcoming new hires. Previously, John held various positions at Norton Healthcare, including Onboarding Coordinator, where efforts in redesigning new employee orientation positively impacted the onboarding experience for over 2,000 new hires annually. John has also contributed to UTMB as a Training Specialist II and served as the VP of Conference and Exposition for the ASTD Houston Chapter. Early career experiences include roles at Big Apple Circus and Miami Children's Hospital, where John coordinated staffing and developed programs aimed at enhancing patient care and employee morale. John's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and Administration from Barry University, a Bachelor of Fun Arts from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Clown College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John's College.
