Shirley Baird

Shirley Baird has an extensive career spanning several decades, currently serving as a Council Member at Large for the City of New Albany, Indiana since November 2011. In addition, Shirley has been involved in medical billing at Norton Healthcare since April 1999, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles in the same field at Southend Medical Center and as an Executive Secretary & Planner at Box USA. Shirley’s educational background includes studies at Indiana University Southeast from 1968 to 1970 and graduation from New Albany High School in 1968.
