Stephanie Lanham

Stephanie Lanham, MHA has over 20 years of work experience in healthcare management. Stephanie started their career as an Assistant Administrator at Dermatology Associates of Kentucky in 1999 and worked there until 2004. In 2004, they joined Norton Healthcare - Children's Orthopaedics of Louisville as a Practice Manager for a year. Since 2005, Stephanie has held various roles at Norton Healthcare, including System Director of Practice Operations and System Vice President of Surgical and Orthopedic/Spine Services. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing financial performance, aligning services with strategic goals, and developing new strategies for business and recruitment of physicians. Stephanie'sfocus is on surgical specialty practices, including orthopaedics, spine, general surgery, gastroenterology, and cardiovascular service lines.

Stephanie Lanham, MHA, holds a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. Stephanie also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they participated in leadership programs such as the LEAD GLI Program at Greater Louisville Inc. in 2015-2016 and the Ignite Louisville program at Leadership Louisville in 2010-2011.
