Steven Norton

Steven Norton, MBA, PhD, is an accomplished Principal Consultant at Norton Clinical Development Consulting since October 2018. Previously, Steven served as Director of Clinical Scientific Affairs at Translational Drug Development (TD2) from December 2020 to April 2025, focusing on operational and technical strategies to enhance business opportunities. As Head of Drug Development at Elevar Therapeutics from February 2019 to December 2020, Steven established and led various departments, successfully overseeing a global Phase III clinical trial in gastric cancer. Prior experience includes significant roles at Covance, where Steven advanced to Executive Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs, and held positions at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Atrix Laboratories, contributing to multiple successful drug approvals and clinical operations. Steven holds a PhD in Immunology from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a research fellowship at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
