Taylor Cobb

Taylor Cobb, MPA, LSW, currently serves as the Regional Clinical Team Leader and Regional Director at Norton Staffing & Recruiting Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Taylor held positions as a social worker and was unemployed for a brief period during the COVID-19 pandemic. Taylor has extensive experience in quality and compliance as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Cape Abilities from September 2019 to April 2020, and previously operated a consulting business, Taylor Cobb Consulting, from January 2013 to April 2020, providing independent consulting and social work services to skilled nursing facilities in the New England region. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Town Administrator for the Town of Dennis from August 2017 to September 2019. Taylor Cobb holds a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University.
