Andreas Homola

Andreas Homola has extensive work experience in the field of M&A and corporate strategy. Andreas is currently serving as the Head of M&A at Norva24 Group since 2021. Prior to this, Andreas held the position of Bereichsleiter/Head of M&A at TÜV NORD GROUP from 2017 to 2020. Andreas also worked at Deutsche Post AG as the Leitung Strategische Steuerung Identitätsmanagement in 2016 and at Deutsche Post DHL Group as the Senior Manager Corporate M&A from 2010 to 2016. Andreas gained experience in international operations strategy and business development at ERGO VERSICHERUNGSGRUPPE AG as a Consultant from 2009 to 2010. Before that, they served as an M&A Senior Analyst at C.H. Reynolds Corporate Finance AG from 2007 to 2009. Andreas started their career at Sparkasse Dortmund, where they held various roles, including Management & Leadership Trainee from 2001 to 2007, Customer Service from January to September 2001, and Trainee from 1998 to 2001. Andreas Homola has a strong background in M&A and business development, showcasing their expertise in strategic decision-making and leadership.

Andreas Homola completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Justus Liebig University Giessen in the years 2001 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2004 to 2005. Afterwards, they attended the University of Hong Kong in Partnership with London Business School to earn an MBA in Business from 2005 to 2006. In the same period, they also studied at the London Business School and The University of Hong Kong separately to further their MBA education.
