Anil Turan Bayar

Anil Turan Bayer is an accomplished professional in the maritime shipping industry, currently serving as the Operations Team Lead for the Americas at Norvic Shipping since January 2021. Previously, Anil held various managerial positions, including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Norvic Shipping and Operations Manager at LICVEM Shipping & Trading APS from July 2014 to April 2020. Anil co-founded Rise & Shine Coffee House, contributing to its establishment from December 2018 to March 2020. Additional experience includes roles such as Ship Operator at Bayraktar Shipping Group and Agency & Chartering Manager at Royal-Mar Shipping & Ship Management LTD. Anil's career began as a Ship Sale and Purchase Broker at Trans AK Shipping LTD and included an internship in the Fleet Department at Trans KA Tanker Management LTD.
