Anishkar Bhaskaran

Anishkar Bhaskaran is an experienced Operations Manager with a solid background in shipping and logistics. Currently serving at Norvic Shipping International Ltd. since April 2022, Anishkar manages steel and bulk cargoes, overseeing 10-12 ships simultaneously. Prior to this role, Anishkar held the same title at Martrade Group from January 2020 to April 2022, handling vessel operations for up to 8 ships, including claims management and laytime calculations. Anishkar also managed post-fixture operations for up to 4 vessels at Kalyan Shipping Ltd. and CharterBulk Shipping DMCC while starting as an Operations Executive at DA-Desk FZE, where responsibilities included port disbursement accounting for over 140 customers. Anishkar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Shipping and Logistics from Amet University Chennai and is pursuing a MICS - PQE certification from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. Anishkar also has a pending Master of Business Administration in Shipping and Logistics from Tamil Nadu Open University.
