Mairead Mescall CIPD, MA HRM, ICF has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Mairead is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition at Norvic Shipping Group. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at The Talent Refinery, where they delivered a range of consultancy services. Mairead also has experience as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at Topaz Energy and Marine, and as the Head of HR at TGP. Earlier in their career, Mescall worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Vela International Marine Ltd., and as a Modern Foreign Language Secondary Level Teacher at ArdScoil Ris Secondary School.
