Harry Paranjothy

Harry Paranjothy, CPA has a diverse range of work experience. Harry started their career as a Laboratory Technologist at Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Initiatives - Chief Veterinary Office in 2010. Harry then worked as a Food Safety Specialist and Research Assistant before joining EY in 2014 as a Staff Accountant in Assurance. Harry was promoted to Senior Staff Accountant in 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Senior Tax Staff, specializing in US Corporate Tax. In 2018, they joined IG Wealth Management as an Assistant Manager in Financial Reporting before moving on to their most recent role as the Director of Finance at Norway House Cree Nation in 2019. In 2021, they became the Acting Chief Financial Officer at the same organization. In this role, they oversee a team of 10+ CPAs and manages the financial operations of various business sectors including telecommunications, construction, healthcare, retail, pharmacy, exploration, and hospitality. Harry is responsible for establishing and maintaining financial systems, controls, and models, providing financial analysis and guidance to the executive team, managing banking relationships and risk management, and selecting vendors and suppliers.
