Cfmp Melissa Rock

Melissa Rock, CFMP, has extensive experience in the marketing and communications field. Melissa is currently the Marketing and Communications Officer, VP at Norway Savings Bank, where they manage all internal and external communications, advertising, product development, digital delivery strategy, and community giving. Prior to this, Melissa worked as the VP, Director of Marketing and Client Relations at Androscoggin Bank from 2011 to 2017. Before that, they served as the Marketing Director at Shawnee Peak Ski Resort from 2001 to 2011 and as the Real Estate Marketing Director at Okemo Mountain Resort from 1998 to 2001. Melissa began their career as the Real Estate Marketing Manager at American Skiing Company from 1997 to 1998.

Melissa Rock, CFMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Macalester College, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has acquired several certifications throughout their career. Melissa became a Certified Financial Marketing Professional through the American Bankers Association in July 2013. Melissa has also completed various professional development courses on LinkedIn, including certifications in Effective Listening, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Pitching Your Ideas Strategically, and Unconscious Bias, all obtained in 2022.
