Anne-Sissel Skånvik is the EVP of Communications at Norwegian, one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines. Anne-Sissel has over two decades of experience in corporate communications and government relations, having served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Government Relations at Telenor Group and as Deputy Director General and Head of Information at the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. Skånvik began their career as a journalist, working for various news outlets including Dagbladet and Aftenposten.

Anne-Sissel Skånvik attended the Executive Management Course at the Norwegian Defence University College, where they earned a master's degree in political science. Anne-Sissel also attended the Norwegian College of Journalism, where they earned a bachelor's degree in journalism.
