Ileen Arianne Den Ouden

Ileen Arianne den Ouden currently holds the position of Crew Training Coordinator and Crew Supply Advisor at Norwegian since May 2023. Previously, Ileen served as a Training Planner and Crew OCC Planner/Controller at Norse Atlantic Airways from June 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Cabin Crew Member and Cabin Attendant at Norwegian from May 2016 to May 2022. Ileen's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Terrorism, Global Security, and International Crime from Coventry University, and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and Affairs and Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, Ileen has studied international relations at CEA CAPA Education Abroad and James Cook University and graduated from EARJ - Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro with a high school diploma.
