Ilze Silina

Ilze Silina is an experienced professional in retail and procurement, currently serving as VP Inflight Retail at Norwegian since February 2021. Previously, Ilze held the position of Purchasing Director at Zepter International Home Art & Sales Services AG from June 2018 to May 2020. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Circle K as Country Business Unit Head, overseeing business operations in Latvia, and at Statoil Latvia as Head of Retail Sales and Operations, managing retail operations and strategic category management. Ilze's career began at Statoil in various roles, including Purchasing Category Manager and Head of Category Management and Concept Development. In addition to extensive industry experience, Ilze holds an MBA from Riga Business School and a BA in German language and literature from Latvijas Universitate.
