Lasse Wischmann

Lasse Wischmann is a highly experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in flight training and education. Currently serving as a Simulator Instructor - TRI, Captain B737, and Human Factors/CRM Trainer at Norwegian since February 2022, Lasse is also the Owner of Daedalus Consult, which focuses on teaching pilots and junior medical doctors through a structured approach informed by two decades of experience in aviation. In addition to these roles, Lasse holds positions as a Board Member at DENTA – Danish ENT Academy and a Medical Educator at CAMES, responsible for pedagogical training for junior doctors. Previous experience includes instructing courses at WAYPOINTER and various roles at Norwegian and Ryanair, including Captain and Senior First Officer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Sciences from Lund University and a Commercial Pilot degree from Luftfartsskolen.
