Sophia Dornheim

Sophia Dornheim currently serves as the Head of Documentation at Norwegian since January 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating and developing operational documentation across various departments and enhancing internal communication and collaboration. Prior to this role, Sophia held the position of Regional Head Inflight at Ryanair, overseeing a team managing 1800 Cabin Crew across multiple countries and bases. Sophia’s extensive experience at Norwegian from 2013 to 2021 encompasses various roles, including Acting Chief Cabin Crew and Compliance and Performance Advisor, and involved the establishment of a new Crew Base. Earlier career highlights include serving as Cabin Crew with Qatar Airways and a Flight Attendant at Air Plus Comet. Sophia holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia and has qualifications in Business English from Universidad Isabel I.
