Anne Otneim has extensive experience in the field of information and communication technology (IKT), currently serving as Lærlingeansvarlig and Faglig leder for IKT-lærlinger at Cyberforsvaret since May 2014. In addition, Anne holds the role of Sensor and leader of the testing committee for IKT-servicefaget in Viken fylkeskommune, responsible for coordinating and distributing vocational examinations in the Asker and Bærum regions. Previous experience includes serving as a sensor for IKT-servicefaget at both Viken and Akershus fylkeskommune and team leader with the Norwegian Armed Forces. Anne Otneim's educational background includes a degree in Fagskolespesialist from Fagskolen Oslo Akershus and participation in the Forsvarets lederutviklingsprogram for sivile ledere.
