Storm Jarl Landaasen has extensive experience in security and crisis management, currently serving as a Rådgiver at Cyberforsvaret since January 2023 and as Chief of the Guards at Up Guards Landaasen. Previously, Storm held the position of OR8 Prosjektleder at Forsvaret - Norwegian Armed Forces from April to December 2022, and spent over two decades at Telenor Norge AS in various leadership roles, including Head of Intelligence and Chief Security Officer. Additional experience includes roles at Nextra, Opplandsnett, and Telenor Nextel. Storm's education includes a strategic crisis management course from Forsvarets høgskole in 2016 and studies at the Institut for Datasikkerhed from 2004 to 2005.

Primary tasks: Support the technological development of the Norwegian Armed Forces and implements new technologies and concepts within safe operating limits. Lead the development of network-based defense and concept development and experimentation activities (CD&E) in the military. Provider of services, ICT command and control and communication systems for Defence departments and operations, domestic as well as overseas. Secure and defend Norwegian Armed Forces' ICT and Command and Control systems from digital threats.
