Geoff Penberthy

Geoff Penberthy has over a decade of experience in talent management and training within the cruise line and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Shipboard Talent Management at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since September 2016, Geoff has held multiple roles, including Manager and Human Resources Director. Prior experience includes positions at Oceania Cruises as Human Resources Manager and Training & Development Manager, and as Training and Development Manager at The World. Additionally, Geoff worked at Disney Cruise Line as a Training Officer, focusing on crew training and development. Earlier in the career, Geoff served as a Sports Lecturer at Weston College, delivering curriculum-aligned content and providing student support. Academic credentials include a PGCE from Bath Spa University and a National Diploma in Sport and Fitness Development from Weston College.
