Harry Piedra is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data operations and technology leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Operations at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., Harry oversees enterprise-scale data management and optimization efforts, achieving significant cost savings. Previously, as Chief Information Officer at Pylon, Harry developed and executed a strategic IT roadmap, modernizing systems to support organizational growth. Prior roles include IT Director at H&CO, LLP, where Harry established a technology division, and IT Applications & ERP Lead at Medtronic, focusing on ERP integrations across Latin America and the U.S. Harry's career began with various IT roles at companies such as Welch Allyn and IBM, building a solid foundation in ERP, infrastructure, and compliance. Harry holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University, along with multiple certifications.
