Jheniffer Ortiz

Jheniffer Ortiz has extensive experience in the cruise industry, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Destination Services for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since April 2002. In this role, Jheniffer is responsible for the development and maintenance of shore excursions for NCL, Regent Seven Seas, and Oceania Cruises, ensuring that guest expectations are met through constant communication with tour operators and onboard destination staff. Previous positions include Regional Manager for Shore Excursions, Destination Services Coordinator, Oceania VIP & Group Coordinator, and NCL Group Management, demonstrating a strong background in managing group bookings and private excursions. Prior to Norwegian Cruise Line, Jheniffer worked as a Cruise Consultant at Carnival Cruise Line, where responsibilities included assisting guests with cruise product information and sales.
