Mary Baines

Mary Baines currently serves as the Director of Casino Reservations at Norwegian Cruise Line since August 2022, having been with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since November 2009 in various roles, including Manager of Casino Reservations and Sales Coach, where leadership resulted in consistently leading a top-performing sales team over a five-year period. Prior experience includes roles at Cruise West as a Guest Service and Sales Supervisor and Reservations Shore Excursions Coordinator, where contributions included managing sales operations and developing a shore excursion department. Early career experience at Holland America Line involved business development and training, including promoting Alaska land tours to travel agencies.
