Robinson Tan has extensive work experience in the cruise line industry. Robinson started their career in 2010 as a Casino Dealer at Star Cruises, where they worked until 2012. Robinson then moved up the ranks and served as a Casino Supervisor, Night Auditor, Income Auditor, and Acting Financial Controller, handling various financial reporting and auditing tasks. Additionally, they were involved in a ship repositioning project and successfully converted the casino system currency. In 2015, Tan joined Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where they held roles such as Assistant Financial Accountant, Casino Controller, Financial Accountant, Payroll Accountant, Inventory Accountant, and currently Chief Financial Accountant. In these positions, they managed crew and guest accounts, supervised other employees, audited financial transactions, handled payroll, and resolved account discrepancies. Tan has a strong background in financial accounting and auditing within the cruise line industry.
Robinson Tan completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2003 to 2006, they obtained a Diploma in Social Science and Economic from State 1 Senior High School. Following this, in 2008 and 2009, Robinson pursued further education and obtained an LCCI Diploma in Accountancy from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
