Ronald Koerte is a highly experienced Senior Manager Security who has worked in various security roles within the cruise industry for several years. Ronald has previously held positions such as Fleet Security Manager, Technical Security Officer, Lead Security Officer, and Ship Security Officer in companies such as Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., MSC Cruise Management (UK), and Disney Cruise Line. Prior to their career in the cruise industry, Ronald also worked in safety and security management at Meyer Werft Papenburg and in the IT Department of the German Air Force. Ronald has a background in industrial business management and economics, having completed vocational college in Economics in Leer, Germany.
