Stephanie Salazar

Stephanie Salazar has extensive experience in the hospitality and cruise industries, currently serving as the Manager of Port and Shipboard Guest Services at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since April 2023. Previously, Stephanie held roles as a Port Guest Services Specialist and an Electrical Coordinator within the same company. Stephanie's career began with Norwegian Cruise Line in various administrative and guest service positions, including a tenure as a Marine Technical Department Assistant and an intern in the Food and Beverage department. Prior to joining Norwegian, Stephanie worked as a Member Service Representative at HealthSun Health Plans, Inc., and in various food and beverage roles at Duffy's, Skyzone, and Marriott. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and an Associate's degree from Miami Dade College.
