Yessenia Hernandez Doebrich

Yessenia Hernandez Doebrich is an accomplished events professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale events and fundraising initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Events at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since November 2021, Yessenia oversees the planning and registration for major ship launches and inaugural sailings, successfully managing over 18,000 participants. Prior experience includes serving as Development Manager at PACE Center for Girls, where strategic fundraising efforts and high-impact events were executed, and as Development Officer at Branches, Inc., where large-scale events and donor relationships were prioritized.
