Zach Caravetta

Zach Caravetta serves as the Sr. Director of Sales & Service for National Accounts at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. since February 2022, leading a team of 10 National Account Managers and fostering business with host and franchise networks for over 10,000 independent travel professionals across the U.S. Prior to this role, Zach held various positions at Norwegian Cruise Line from 1994 to 2020, including Vice President of Field Sales, where oversight of regional sales directors and local representatives resulted in significant B2B strategy development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Real Estate Professional at Attorney's Mortgage Plus and Cross Meyer Realty. Zach began a career in real estate as a Realtor Associate at Your Real Estate Store from 1991 to 1994. Educational credentials include a BS in Professional Administration from Barry University, alongside ongoing studies at Florida International University and Florida Atlantic University where a certification in Corporate Financial Management is pursued.
