Torbjørn Vagstein

Torbjørn Vagstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in web design and development. Currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver (web) at the Norwegian Government Security and Service Organization since August 2017, Torbjørn previously held the position of Designer at Idékontoret Nettsmia ANS, focusing on graphic design since 2005, while initially working on website design and technical solutions. Prior roles include Webutvikler at Gazette, where work involved web development and programming, and Konsulent at Departementenes servicesenter, responsible for publishing and managing government websites. Additional experience includes part-time roles in web development and design at Ignite Media ANS and freelance translation work from Swedish and English to Norwegian. Torbjørn holds a Mellomfag degree in History from the University of Oslo, acquired between 1992 and 1995.
