Alex Gullen

Alex Gullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims handling and adjusting within the maritime insurance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Handler & Adjuster at Norwegian Hull Club since February 2014, Alex manages a diverse range of H&M and LoH insurance claims. Previous roles include Claims Manager at Eagle Shipping International (USA) LLC, where responsibilities encompassed the management of litigation and insurance matters, and claims handling at A. Bilbrough & Co. Ltd, focusing on P&I and FD&D claims. Alex also has academic experience as a Lecturer in Law/Maritime Law at the University of Plymouth, where course content was developed for maritime and hospitality programs. An accomplished graduate, Alex holds a 1st Class Honours BSc in Maritime Business & Law, along with multiple qualifications in law and shipping. Additionally, a "Managing Marine Emergencies" course was completed at SMIT Salvage in 2015.
