Alexander Engebretsen

Alexander Engebretsen is a skilled maritime professional with extensive experience in various roles across the shipping industry. Currently serving as a Claims Handler at Norwegian Hull Club since March 2021, Alexander previously held positions as Chief Officer at THE FJORDS DA, where involvement included the award-winning M/S Future of The Fjords and sister ship M/S Legacy of The Fjords. Earlier experiences include roles as Skipper at Oustøen Country Club, Able Bodied Seaman at Torghatten ASA, and Deck Cadet at Stiftelsen Christian Radich, amassing considerable sea time and accolades such as a second-place finish in the 2016 North Sea Tall Ships Regatta. Alexander holds a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science from the University of South-Eastern Norway and an International Baccalaureate from Skagerak International School.
