Hans Christian Seim

Hans Christian Seim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance and maritime sectors. Since August 2002, Hans has held various leadership roles at Norwegian Hull Club, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Currently, Hans serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at NIORD and Marine Benefits, as well as a council member at DNV. Previous positions include executive board member at Insurance Technology Solutions AS and board member at WISTA Norway. Hans's background also includes a significant tenure with the Royal Norwegian Navy, where roles included Manager of the Hull Department for a Frigate Project. Academic qualifications range from a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences to advanced degrees from IMD and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
