Armando Tonfack

Armando Tonfack is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with a strong background in humanitarian and development sectors. Currently serving as MEL Manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council since June 2023, Armando has previously held significant roles including Coordinateur SERA/MEAL at SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and Délégué SERA/MEAL at Croix-Rouge française. Demonstrating expertise in M&E planning, capacity building, reporting, and accountability mechanisms, Armando has contributed to various projects through strategic data management and team leadership. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from KALU Institute and a Master's in Project and Program Monitoring and Evaluation from Fondation Sciences-Campus Burkina Faso.
