Danny Luc Muhindo

Danny Luc Muhindo currently serves as a MEL Officer for Emergency Response at the Norwegian Refugee Council since August 2025, focusing on implementing and monitoring tailored MEL systems in humanitarian contexts. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality and strategic usage to support rapid decision-making, defining key indicators, and managing digital tools for data collection and analysis. Prior to this role, from September 2017 to March 2025, Danny worked at MDF as a MEL & IM Officer, contributing to the implementation of the AMELP aligned with USAID indicators. Other roles have included positions in information management and technology. Danny holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from ULPGL Goma, obtained between 2010 and 2016.
