Geir Olav Lisle

Deputy Secretary General & Director, Organizational Development at Norwegian Refugee Council

Geir Olav Lisle is the Deputy Secretary General and Director of Organizational Development at the Norwegian Refugee Council. Geir has also served on the board of Norsk pasientskadeerstatning from July 2004 to October 2015, and as Board Chair of ADRA Norway from August 2000 to August 2013. Prior to their current positions, Lisle served as the Director of Organization and Branch Development for the Norwegian Red Cross from December 1996 to November 2009, and as Treasurer for the Seventh-day Adventist Church - Pakistan Union from July 1994 to August 1995. Geir began their career as an accountant at Newbold College from September 1989 to June 1994.

Geir Olav Lisle has a Master of Science in Charity Finance from London South Bank University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Newbold College, and a certificate in Database Programming from the University of Oxford.
