Janice L.

Janice L. is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist with extensive experience in humanitarian settings. Currently at the Norwegian Refugee Council since November 2020, Janice serves as the Global MEL focal point for various sectors and has led MEL initiatives in emergency operations, particularly in Ukraine. Previously, Janice held key positions at ACTED, including AME Manager overseeing M&E strategies in Yemen and coordinating an EU-funded consortium project. Additional experience includes consultancy work with Save the Children UK and operationalizing M&E systems for Capoeira4Refugees. Janice holds a Master of Science in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Wheaton College.
