M.D. Moshiur Rahman

MD Moshiur Rahman is an experienced professional in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with a strong focus on humanitarian response and program management. Currently serving as the Consortium M&E Coordinator at the Norwegian Refugee Council since June 2022, MD Moshiur Rahman previously held the position of MEAL Coordinator for the Rohingya Response programme at Oxfam International. Prior roles include Senior Manager for MEAL at Save the Children International, Country Monitoring Manager at BRAC in Afghanistan, and Research and M&E Specialist at Concern Worldwide. Additional experience includes serving as Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator for Muslim Aid UK-Bangladesh Field Office and as a Research Fellow at ICDDR,B. MD Moshiur Rahman holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Dhaka, a Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management from Khulna University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science also from Khulna University. Educational background includes Higher Secondary and Secondary certifications from Adamjee Cantonment College and Uttara High School, respectively.
