Soulaima Jaouadi

Soulaima Jaouadi is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as the Country Logistics Manager for the Norwegian Refugee Council in Libya since February 2023. Prior to this role, Soulaima held the position of Country Logistics Coordinator, overseeing procurement plans and managing high-value tenders. Previous experience includes serving as the Responsable Logistique et Achats for Médecins du Monde Belgique, managing procurement processes and warehouse operations. Soulaima also worked as a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator for Search for Common Ground, demonstrating expertise in supply chain management and operational efficiency. Additional roles at Search for Common Ground included Logistics Consultant and Communication Assistant during an internship as part of the Lazord Fellowship program. Soulaima holds multiple degrees in Political Communication from the Institut de Presse et des Sciences de l'Information.
