Aleksander Bynes

Aleksander Bynes has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Aleksander most recently worked at Norske tog as a Controller, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they were a Cost Controller at DNV from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for financial control and analysis of designated projects. Before DNV, Aleksander worked at SEB as a Client Service Manager, specializing in Trade Finance, from 2018 to 2019. Aleksander served as a subject matter expert, providing advisory services to domestic and foreign corporations. In 2017, Aleksander was a Corporate Insurance Agent at Tryg, where they sold insurance and pension plans to corporate customers and assessed risks. Aleksander worked as a Customer/Insurance Advisor at SpareBank 1 from 2012 to 2017, promoting banking, financing, insurance, and investment services. Prior to their civilian career, Aleksander served in the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Mechanized Infantry Private from 2008 to 2009.

Aleksander Bynes holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration (siviløkonom) from the University of Stavanger, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, they participated in the Erasmus exchange program at HOGENT in 2011 and 2012, studying Applied Business. Aleksander also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Logistics from Molde University College/Ålesund University College, where they completed their studies from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Aleksander has acquired additional certifications, including Excel 2016: Financial Functions in Depth and Excel 2016: Pivot Tables in Depth, both obtained from LinkedIn in April 2018.
