Kenneth Utsikt

Kenneth Utsikt currently serves as an HR-rådgiver at Norske tog AS since March 2023 and previously explored new opportunities in early 2023. Kenneth has extensive experience in the aviation industry, including a managerial role as Manager Crew at Flyr from December 2020 to February 2023, overseeing a team of 150 cabin crew members. Prior to that, Kenneth worked at Norwegian Air Shuttle for 16 years, holding positions such as Crew Relations and Resource Manager and Cabin Supervisor, contributing significantly to operational administration and employee representation. Kenneth's earlier roles include various positions in customer service and organizational leadership within the cabin crew sector, as well as political involvement in the Enebakk municipal council. Educational background includes studies at Høyskolen i Buskerud and participation in training programs with Arbeidsorganisasjonen Parat.
