Dan Kermode

Dan Kermode is an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional currently serving as an HSE Advisor at Norwest Crane Hire since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dan worked as a Graduate HSE Advisor, developing and implementing Safety Management Systems and Fleet Location Management Systems utilizing new technologies. Dan's experience includes serving as an Injury Prevention & Management Advisor at Compass Group, focusing on reducing musculoskeletal injuries through health promotion and education, and as a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, managing gym facilities and wellness programs. Previous roles include Sports Trainer at West Perth Football Club and Strength Coach at Physique Performance Specialists. Dan’s foundational experience encompasses first aid responsibilities and ride operation at Adventure World Perth and providing individualized strength training programs as a Sports Scientist at the Athletic Institute. Dan holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Edith Cowan University, one in Exercise Physiology and another in Exercise and Sports Science.
