Brian Allingham

Prior to joining NEP in 2004, Brian worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their global capital markets division based in London. Brian advised and assisted clients throughout Europe and parts of Asia in accessing the public and private U.S. capital markets for both growth and acquisition financing. Brian facilitated the operational and day-to-day execution of financing transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, public equity and debt financings, and private placements.

Brian is primarily responsible for all operational, administrative and compliance responsibilities for both buyout and mezzanine funds. In addition, he is sourcing investment opportunities, developing investment theses with industry executives, and works closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute strategic growth and operational improvement plans.
