Nicole Strait

Nicole serves as a key member of NEP’s senior leadership team providing a breadth of organizational strategy services within our portfolio, including organization assessment and design planning, acquisition integration, team effectiveness, compensation design, talent strategy, executive recruiting, and leadership coaching. In addition to working with NEP portfolio companies, Nicole provides organization planning and human resources leadership internally at the firm.

Prior to joining NEP in 2014, Nicole was a founding partner at River Rock Partners, a management consulting firm focused on assisting primarily privately-held clients in successfully planning and navigating through critical business transformations, including growth strategy planning, ownership changes, M&A due diligence, organization effectiveness, and culture development.

Her other notable career experiences include HR leadership roles at CNS (the Breathe Right® company), International Multifoods/J.M. Smucker Company, Simondelivers.com, The Pillsbury Company, and Cargill.
