Norwest Exploration and Mining Services is Australia’s labour hire specialist, sourcing contract geologists and technical field staff on demand for the mineral exploration and mining industry.

We specialise in the rapid deployment of high-calibre, fully vetted geologists, field technicians, drill supervisors, and geotechnical personnel, exactly when and where you need them.

How do we consistently outperform the market on speed and quality?

We’ve built NORGEO, a proprietary digital platform and always-up-to-date talent engine that tracks real-time availability, skills, location, and mobilisation readiness for hundreds of proven exploration professionals. The moment you call, our system instantly surfaces the best-matched, immediately available candidates who are already pre-vetted and reference-checked.

The result: genuine same-week (often 24 - 48 hour) mobilisations with people who hit the ground running. No lengthy recruitment cycles and no compromise on capability.

Rapid. Reliable. Ready now.
