Allen Kong

Allen Kong is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in fund operations and accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Fund Operations Analyst at Norwest Venture Partners since January 2018, Allen previously held the role of Fund Accountant. Prior to this, Allen co-founded Refer'd from January 2020 to March 2022 and worked as a Tax Accountant at Moss Adams from November 2016 to January 2018, having initially joined the firm as a Tax Intern in July 2015. Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2016.
